Opal Fantastic Sky

Opal Fantastic Sky is a wear-resistant 6-ply yarn made from 75% virgin wool (superwash) and 25% polyamide in 8 vibrant yet delicate colours. It is ideally suitable for knitting socks with unique colour patterns, but also brilliant for jumpers, hats, gloves or scarves. With one ball of this yarn, you can knit one pair of socks (up to size 44).

The Fantastic Sky collection is inspired by the countless colours visible in the sky above the Opal factory in Hechingen, ranging from pink fluffy clouds and golden sun rays to night meteor showers and foggy horizons. These characteristic sky scenes and details are evoked in the stunning 8 colour combinations of this collection.

One ball of Opal Fantastic Sky 6-ply yarn weighs 150 grams and holds 420 metres of yarn. Washable up to 40ᵒC. Suitable for needle sizes 3.00-4.00mm.
